Bacorn began with a simple question: what happens when two of America's favorite comfort foods finally join forces? The answer is a snack built for road trips, movie nights, restaurant tables, events, gifts, and the moments people remember.

Why now.
The popcorn category is huge and mostly flavored two ways: sweet or lightly salted. Savory bacon-forward popcorn is a category-fresh product that fits the moment — comfort snacks are winning shelf space, and consumers are looking for bolder, more memorable flavors. Bacorn is designed for that shift.
The bar is high. Snacks are competitive, packaging is expensive, and shelf real estate is earned, not given. We're building Bacorn as a commercially serious brand — retail-ready packaging, reliable production, and a launch playbook that includes DTC, retail, foodservice, and events from day one.
The launch plan.
- Founders Batch. A regional proof-of-concept run out of Houston, TX. Free reservations right now; paid preorders only once minimum production is met and pricing + refund terms are locked.
- Regional retail pilots. Independent grocers, gift shops, and c-stores in TX first. Sample-driven, iterative — the honest way to learn what a real shelf-check looks like.
- Foodservice. Restaurants and bars piloting Bacorn as a table snack, dessert topping, and LTO. Feedback loops from GMs and chefs feed the product roadmap.
- Subscription club. The Bacorn Flavor Club — monthly or quarterly drops, member-only flavor voting, seasonal exclusives.
- Events + fundraisers. Rodeos, fairs, stadiums, schools, and nonprofits. Bulk product, co-branded packaging, and fundraising kits.
- National expansion. Only after the product is dialed in and the reorder rate proves it out. No shortcut, no vaporware.
What we won't do.
We won't fabricate reviews, invent retailer partnerships, or publish unverified health or shelf-life claims. We won't run fake countdowns or invented inventory scarcity. We won't paint estimates as facts. Everything on this site is either a verified detail or a labeled planning assumption.
